We may also capture your IP address, which type of device you filled out the form, your geographic region, and other technical details such as your operating system and browser you use. This information is stored in Hubspot. HubSpot is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool we use to attract visitors, identify their needs, and close customers.

Why We Collect Your Information
The collection and storage of this information supports our ongoing business operations and our marketing activities. We use the personal information we collect at the individual level so that we can better serve you and at the aggregate level so that we can better understand which of our website pages, emails, and campaigns (“Marketing”) bring the most value to users.
For our ongoing business operations, we use this information to maintain account information and process transactions such as order receipt, sales order acknowledgement, and invoicing.
We also use the information collected for our Marketing purposes. When you visit pages on our website, fill out a form, or download case studies, you are showing legitimate interest in our offerings. One of Spindle’s core values is “Mutual Trust and Respect” (MTR). We extend this core value amongst our employees, our customers, our prospects, and anyone else whom we have personal information on. The information we have is used for Spindle business purposes. We may need to share your information to complete transactional work (fulfill orders) or when 3rd party partners or vendors are working on our behalf. However, we will never share your information with advertisers or in any way that you would not expect us to in order to fulfill our business operations.

- Delete Data: If you’d like to delete any personal information we have, just ask. Send an email to email@example.com and we will delete any requested data. In situations where we need to retain personal information for business operations, we will discuss alternatives with you.
